Answers for audio playback, offline listening, languages, focus effects, and the one-time collection unlock.

Audio is not playing

Raise the device's media volume, check whether audio is being sent to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, and confirm that you have an internet connection the first time a tour is played. Close and reopen the player if playback remains stopped.

Listening offline

Narration is cached on your device after it begins playing. Before visiting a gallery without reliable service, open the tours you want and start each one while connected to the internet. Cached audio can then be replayed offline.

Changing language or focus style

Open Library and scroll to Display. You can switch narration and interface language, choose Cinematic, Spotlight, or Outline focus, change appearance, reduce motion, and select an accent color.

Restoring the collection unlock

Open a locked artwork or tap the membership panel in Library to show the purchase screen, then tap Restore. The purchase must use the same Apple Account that originally bought the unlock.

Billing and refunds

Apple handles all App Store billing. Hear Art never receives your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
